Automated marketing means automatic sales N ot only has Real Green Systems changed how Brad Leahy and his brother Mark run their Marylandbased business they were also encouraged to expand their lawn operation to include a pest control division while attending one of Real Green Systems yearly conferences During a breakout session we were told that if we could do lawn care well we could do pest control even better Brad Leahy says Leahy notes that what makes Real Green Systems software such a game changer for B O G Pest Control is its Automated Marketing Assistant AMA Connected to the softwares functionality the automated marketing system allows B O G s team to easily communicate updates with customers via email B O G s team sends email for after service updates rejected estimates and previously canceled customers Once the emails are written and the AMA program is set up Leahy says it is easy to just monitor the results and focus more on completing jobs Each email campaign can be customized with as many or as few details as he wants and sent at different time intervals After service emails are sent as soon as service is complete It sends the customer an email update that says Hey we were there heres what we did what we found and heres some recommendations for additional service or tips Leahy explains The emails are already built into the system making it easy for service technicians to send them on the go An email form by Real Green Systems will populate with a pre typed message for advertising information or tips B O Gs afterservice updates include recommendations for the client such as trimming bushes or getting rid of standing water People do business on their own schedules Leahy points out so its important for his company to have a way to interact and respond to customer requests during off hours Weve made hundreds of thousands of dollars over time from having this program set up and working 24 hours a day for us he says We literally walk into the office in the morning and we have sales generated from the automated system The AMA connects with Real Greens Customer Assistant Website CAW an online customer portal for streamlined and synchronized data The CAW allows customers to log in to the website anytime and see which services were completed by B O G technicians They have full access to their accounts and can purchase or request more service Leahy says In 2003 Leahys company started using Real Green Systems when company revenue was 600000 B O G Pest Control was added in 2008 The firms projected revenue for 2018 is 93 million Through it all Leahy says his company uses the software for everything Its the brain of our operations he says Without it we cant operate From his experience with company growth Leahy says the AMA is great for both small and large companies The small guy doesnt have time to do anything else but work And for large companies theres so much work that it costs money to pay someone to manage it he says Next up Leahy says B O G is working on implementing the prenotify capabilities of the software allowing the team to alert customers of upcoming service ADVERTORIAL
